Our Dry aging process imparts a deeper, richer, and more tender cut of beef. This is the entire roast of the rib section between the loin and the shoulder that the ribeye steak comes from .Trimmed with the bone-in. The Prime Rib has distinctive marbling running through the center which provides rich flavor when roasted and sliced, and is great for large gatherings.
